Process

Salon Etiquette

Do you know the proper eyelash extension etiquette when it comes to scheduling and working with your lash/brow artist? 

​

Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our salon policies, so you can maintain a great relationship with your lash/brow artist and keep your beautiful lashes looking fabulous! 

 

  • Please remove all eye area makeup, especially mascara, thoroughly before coming. Else, there will be a S$10 SGD service charge for makeup removal. It is a must to remove eye makeup thoroughly to prevent eye infections. Any client who refuses to do so will have their appointment canceled. 

 

  • Please be on time. This may mean factoring in time for parking. We only give a maximum of 10 minutes of grace. Unfortunately, we cannot extend your appointment time for late arrivals.

  • For contact lens users, please bring along your personal contact lens case / container to stash away your contact lens during lashing. Wearing your lenses during lashing will be very uncomfortable as you will tend to shift your eyes around, affecting the lashing accuracy

​

  • Our room is designed for your relaxation. We have cozy blankets, pillows, fragrances, and gentle music for your sensory enjoyment. Most clients indulge in a “lash nap”. This is your opportunity to unwind from your busy schedule and enjoy some pamper time. 

​

  • Please arrange to have your appointment rescheduled, if you are sick or have a contagious illness. This will ensure the health of customers and our beloved lash artists. We greatly appreciate your understanding to follow this procedure. 

​

  • Your lash artist will discuss aftercare with you during/after your appointment. All our aftercare information can be found on our website or Instagram page. 

​

  • Currently, we are only able to accept payments via Cash or PayNow. We do prefer to have the payments transferred via PayNow as It brings down the amount of change we need to carry daily to promote a cash-free Singapore. 

​

  • We strongly recommend scheduling your next appointment before you leave the salon. This guarantees your preferred booking time. As much as we appreciate and enjoy a loyal and passionate clientele, last-minute appointments slots aren't always available. 

​

  • Communicate with your lash artist. Your lash artist won't be able to achieve your dream lashes unless you tell them what you're envisioning. If you prefer a long, short, full, or natural set of lashes, make sure you tell your lash artist. Do listen to their professional opinion as well. 

​

  • If time allows, shower before the appointment. Showering before your appointment ensures that you smell fresh while in proximity with your lash/brow artist. It also shows you can follow the after-care instructions. It is critical to not get your extensions wet for at least 8 hours after application. â€‹

​

  • Please cancel appropriately. If your life gets busy and you can't make it to your appointment, you must let your lash artist know ahead of time, so they can either fill the appointment or plan accordingly. We appreciate your consideration. 

​

  • Due to the size of our salon, it is not advised for children or friends to accompany you at your appointment. Guests may sit at the reception area to wait instead.​

​

  • We're certain that you'll love your lashes and brows, or we'll fix them for you for free. If you are not happy with the result, let us know immediately on the same day of your appointment and we'll fix them for you within 7 days from your last appointment. 

​

  • We will not do any touchups for sets done by other salons for hygiene purposes. We will need to do a proper removal of your previous set done by another salon. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
